Interim notice

This is a temporary privacy notice covering the Growth Checker only. It describes our current data practices in plain language and is pending review by Design Opt's legal adviser. Sections marked [TO CONFIRM] require details we have not finalised. It is not legal advice.

  • A randomly generated session identifier used to link your answers to your result.
  • The contact details you submit: name and email (required); company, website and role (optional).
  • Whether you gave marketing consent, and when.

We do not ask for payment details, identity numbers or any special-category personal information through the Growth Checker.

3. Why we use it
